EXPLANATORY NOTE

The Registrant is filing this amendment to its Form N-CSRS for the period ended April 30, 2022, originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 30, 2022 (Accession Number 0001193125-22-185638). The purpose of the amendments is to update Item 11(b) “Controls and Procedures” and Item 13(a)(2) and related exhibits. Other than the aforementioned revisions, this amended Form N-CSRS does not reflect events occurring after the filing of the original Form N-CSRS, or modify or update the disclosures contain therein in any way.

Items 1 through 10, Item 12, Item 13(a)(1), Item 13(a)(3), and Item 13(b) of this amendment to the Registrant’s Form N-CSRS are incorporated herein by reference to Form N-CSRS filed on EDGAR on June 30, 2022 (Accession Number 0001193125-22-185638).
