Represents the aggregate initial principal amount of the Class A Notes if the aggregate initial principal amount of the notes is $1,291,800,000.  The aggregate initial principal amount of the notes may be $1,689,280,000, in which case the aggregate initial principal amount of the Class A Notes will be $1,647,040,000.
