Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders

(a) The 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Meeting") of WSFS Financial Corporation (the "Registrant") was held on May 11, 2022.

(b) At the Meeting, the stockholders:

elected five directors (Francis B. Brake, Karen Dougherty Bucholz, Diego F. Calderin, Christopher T. Gheysens, and Rodger Levenson) for a term ending at the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders;
approved an advisory (non-binding) vote on the compensation of the Registrant's named executive officers;
ratified the appointment of KPMG LLP as the Registrant's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022.
