Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.


On September 21, 2023, W. P. Carey Inc. (the “Company”) released an updated investor presentation on the “Investors” section of its website at A copy of the updated investor presentation is also attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein. The only change from the previously furnished version was to correct a typographical error on page 2 of the presentation of the 2023 adjusted funds from operations (AFFO) guidance range to conform to the guidance range of $5.18 to $5.26 presented on the Company’s conference call on September 21, 2023.
