On February 1, 2023, Tenax Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has been granted a Notice of Allowance from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for its patent application with claims covering the use of IV levosimendan in the treatment of Pulmonary Hypertension with Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction (PH-HFpEF). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
