On February 9, 2023, SolarWinds Corporation (“SolarWinds”) issued a press release regarding, and will hold a conference call announcing, its financial results for the fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2022. A copy of SolarWinds' press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
