On August 16, 2022 and August 19, 2022 Singlepoint Inc. issued press releases discussing second quarter results set forth in its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. A copy of the press releases is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated herein by reference.
