Other Events

On January 26, 2023, Shuttle Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that its Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Anatoly Dritschilo, will present and host one-on-one meetings with investors at the Lytham Partners Investor Select Conference, which is taking place virtually on January 31, 2023. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
