The Board of Trustees of PIMCO New York Municipal Income Fund III (the Fund) has declared a monthly distribution for the Funds common shares. The distribution is payable on January 3, 2023 to shareholders of record on December 12, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of December 9, 2022. The news release disclosing this distribution is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
