This Current Report on Form 8-K updates the description of the common shares of Limestone Bancorp, Inc., a Kentucky corporation (the “Company”), which is the only class of securities of the Company registered under Section 12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”). The description of these securities is set forth on Exhibit 99.1 attached to this report and incorporated by reference herein. The description is qualified by reference to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, which are the instruments defining the rights of the shareholders.
