On June 29, 2022, João M. Castro-Neves, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of The Kraft Heinz Company (the “Company”), informed the Company of his decision to step down from the Board effective as of July 15, 2022. His decision is based on his other business commitments and is not the result of any disagreement with management or the Board related to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices. The Board is grateful for Mr. Castro-Neves’s dedication and service to the Board and the Company.
