Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 8, 2022, Iridium Communications Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors had initiated a quarterly dividend and declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.13 per share. The dividend is payable on March 30, 2023, to stockholders of record as of March 15, 2023. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
