On December 8, 2022, IN8bio, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has received clearance of its Investigational New Drug application from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to initiate a Phase 2 clinical trial of a genetically modified autologous gamma-delta T cell therapy (INB-400) targeting newly diagnosed glioblastoma. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
