(b) Resignation of Officer

On May 26, 2022, Sudish Mogli, the Chief Technology Officer of Healthcare Triangle, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned effective immediately. Mr. Mogli’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Mogli will be retained to advise the Company as a consultant.
