Resignation of Member of the Board

On September 30, 2022, Sanjib Kalita resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of GigWorld Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Kalita did not advise the Company of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
