Effective January 25, 2023, Kim Hing Chan resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of EUDA Health Holdings Limited (the “Registrant”). The resignation of Kim Hing Chan, a member of the Board’s Compensation Committee, was not the result of any disagreement with the Registrant, the Registrant’s management or the Board.
