Item 2.02						Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 2, 2023, Deckers Outdoor Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended December 31, 2022 and providing financial guidance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023. The Company also held a conference call regarding these financial results. A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
