On May 16, 2022, Charge Enterprises, Inc. (sometimes referred to herein as “we,” “us,” “our” or similar terms) issued a press release announcing our financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
