Item 8.01 Other Events
On August 16, 2022, the board of directors of Cardinal Ethanol, LLC (the "Company") declared a cash distribution of $1,500 per membership unit to the holders of units of record at the close of business on August 16, 2022, for a total distribution of $21,909,000. The Company expects to pay the distribution by the end of August, 2022.
