Item 8.01 Other Events.

Ares Real Estate Income Trust Inc. (the “Company”) announced today that it fully satisfied all stockholder redemption requests in January in the ordinary course. Additionally, it continued to experience positive net inflows in January from the proceeds of its capital raising efforts, including from the DST Program.
