On January 31, 2023 Joseph O’Bell tendered his resignation in writing as Chief Legal Officer of American Metals Recovery and Recycling Inc to the Company. The resignation as Chief Legal Officer was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operation, policies or practices.
