The securities to be registered hereunder are common shares of beneficial interest, $0.01 par value per share, of the GraniteShares 1.75x Long BABA Daily ETF, GraniteShares 1.5x Long META Daily ETF, GraniteShares 1.5x Long NVDA Daily ETF, each a series of GraniteShares ETF Trust (the “Trust”). An application for listing of the shares of the Fund has been filed with and approved by The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC. A description of the shares is contained in the Prospectus, which is part of the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form N-1A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (File Nos. 333-214796; 811-23214) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 28, 2022 (Accession No. 00014993152-22-020512). Such description is incorporated by reference herein. Any form of supplement to the Registration Statement that is subsequently filed is hereby also incorporated by reference herein.
