Inter & Co, Inc. is amending its report on Form 6-K furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 6, 2022 (SEC Accession No. 0001104659-22-124659) (the “Original 6-K”) solely for the purpose of adding Exhibit 99.4 containing a supplement to its Proxy Statement (Exhibit 99.3 to the Original 6-K). Except as described above and indicated on Exhibit 99.4, this supplement does not amend any information set forth in the Original 6-K or in the Proxy Statement.
