Early Resignation of an Outside Director

On September 17, 2021 Woori Financial Group Inc. (“Woori Financial Group”) disclosed that an outside director resigned. Key details are as follows:

-Stated term as outside director : From March 25, 2020 to the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders for FY2021
