Vale confirms final value of earnings per share
Rio de Janeiro, August 11th, 2022 – Vale S.A (“Vale” or “Company”) informs, following on from the Material Fact disclosed on July 28th, that there was no change in the number of outstanding shares of the Company. Thus, the final gross amount of remuneration for payment on September 1st, 2022, remains at BRL 3.572056566 per share, of which BRL 2.032680337 per share as dividends and BRL 1.539376229 per share as interest on equity.
The other dates and information of the Material Fact of July 28th remain unchanged.
