On February 7, 2023, Evotec SE (the “Company”) announced that the Company’s Supervisory Board has appointed Laetitia Rouxel as new Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Board effective 01 April 2023. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
