CELLCOM ISRAEL ANNOUNCES

 CHAIRMAN APPOINTMENT AS ACTING CEO

Netanya, Israel – November 28, 2021 – Cellcom Israel Ltd. (TASE: CEL) (hereinafter: the "Company") announced today that on November 25, 2021, the Company's Board of Directors appointed the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Doron Cohen, as the Company's acting CEO until a new CEO commences his term and subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders' meeting to be held on December 30, 2021.
