On January 25, 2022, the Registrant filed a report with the Israeli Securities Authority, following its previous reports filed on 6-K dated January 5 and 24, 2022, regarding its incoming CEO, noting that Mr. Sapir shall commence his term as CEO of the Company as of  the date of this report.

The Registrant also noted that Mr. Sapir will continue to accompany Tikshoov Group as CEO for a short period of up to a few weeks, until the appointment of a new CEO for Tikshoov, to facilitate an orderly transfer.
