This Post-Effective Amendment to the Registration Statement on Form N-1A is filed pursuant to Rule 485(b)(1)(iii) for the sole purpose of designating July 2 , 2021 as the new effective date for Post-Effective Amendment No. 381 to the Registration Statement filed on March 29, 2021 for the Adaptive Fundamental Growth ETF, Adaptive Hedged Multi-Asset Income ETF, Adaptive Tactical Rotation ETF, Adaptive Hedged High Income ETF, and Adaptive Tactical Outlook ETF.
