BFM 89.9 Radio Host (0:00): In business news, PropertyGuru is on track to go public with a US listing by early next year at the latest as a result of a merger with a blank-check firm that gives the online realty company a 1.78 billion dollar equity value. CEO Hari V. Krishnan told BFM news the next step is to obtain regulatory approvals.

Hari V Krishnan (0:18): We will now go through SEC review. The Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States will review this merger agreement and we anticipate that we will get approvals to be listed in Q4 of 2021 or Q1 of 2022. Upon listing, PropertyGuru will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
