1. Represents restricted stock units (RSUs) automatically granted at Zuora's Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 21, 2022. The RSUs will fully vest and convert on a one-for-one basis into shares of Zuora's Class A Common Stock on the earlier of (a) the date of Zuora's 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and (b) the date that is one year following the RSU grant date, subject to continuous service through the vesting date.

LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY The undersigned hereby constitutes and appoints Andrew Cohen, Sylvia Lexington, Margaret Thum, Diana Lorenz and Erika Ward, as long as they are providing services to Zuora, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), or any of them, the undersigned’s true and lawful attorney-in-fact to: (1) execute for and on behalf of the undersigned, in the undersigned's capacity as an officer and/or director of the Company, Forms 3, 4 and 5 in accordance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), and the rules and regulations thereunder; (2) do and perform any and all acts for and on behalf of the undersigned that may be necessary or desirable to complete and execute any such Forms 3, 4 and 5 and timely file such forms with the Securities and Exchange Commission and any stock exchange or similar authority, if required; (3) obtain, as the undersigned’s representative and on the undersigned’s behalf, information regarding transactions in the Company’s equity securities from any third party, and the undersigned hereby authorizes any such third party to release any such information to the attorney-in-fact; and (4) take any other action of any type whatsoever in connection with the foregoing that, in the opinion of such attorney-in-fact, may be of benefit to, in the best interest of, or legally required by, the undersigned, it being understood that the documents executed by such attorney-in-fact on behalf of the undersigned pursuant to this Power of Attorney shall be in such form and shall contain such terms and conditions as such attorney-in-fact may approve in such attorney-in-fact’s discretion.
