The merger agreement between Neenah, Inc. and Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc. became effective on July 06, 2022. Each share of Neenah, Inc. Common Stock was exchanged for 1.358 shares of Schweitzer-Mauduit International, Inc. Common Stock.

The Exchange also notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that as a result of the above indicated conditions this security was suspended from trading on July 06, 2022.
