On May 13, 2022, a distribution was made to holders of the certificates issued by Citigroup Commercial Mortgage Trust 2017-C4.

The distribution report is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 10-D.

No assets securitized by Citigroup Commercial Mortgage Securities Inc.
