White House adviser says Trump's Fed nominee Shelton can win confirmation
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Judy Shelton, one of U.S. President Donald Trump's picks to serve on the Federal Reserve Board, should have no trouble winning Senate confirmation, White House economic adviser Larry Kudlow told reporters on Friday.
Trump on Thursday nominated Shelton, a former Trump campaign adviser, along with Christopher Waller, a research director at the St. Louis Fed.
