Boston, MA, April 21 -- Today, Emerson College Polling releases the first installment of its nationwide Hispanic voter and non-registered citizen research project, Unlocking the Hispanic Vote. The project, which consists of a combination of focus groups and surveys, seeks to better understand Hispanic attitudes and beliefs towards voting, policy issues, politics, and media.
