Relativity Receives Silver Lake Investment Valuing Company at $3.6B - WSJ

Legal-and-compliance technology company Relativity ODA LLC has received an investment from private equity firm Silver Lake that values the company at approximately $3.6 billion, the Wall Street Journal reported.

The deal is expected to be announced later today and will make Silver Lake the largest shareholder.
