Rizbollo Holdings Limited Donates Common Shares of BPLI Holdings Inc. to Registered Charity

ST. JOHN'S, Newfoundland and Labrador--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- This press release is being disseminated as required by National Instrument 62-103 The Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues in connection with the disposition of securities of BPLI Holdings Inc. ("BPLI") by Rizbollo Holdings Limited ("Rizbollo").

Rizbollo announced today that, effective as of April 6, 2021, it donated 2,500,000 common shares of BPLI ("Common Shares") or approximately 2.34% of the Common Shares currently issued and outstanding to a registered charity.

Prior to the disposition of control, Rizbollo, together with its principal, Emad Rizkalla ("Rizkalla"), director and Chief Executive Officer of BPLI, beneficially owned 61,878,232 Common Shares.

Rizbollo and Rizkalla now collectively beneficially own an aggregate of 59,378,232 Common Shares, representing approximately 55.67% of the Common Shares issued and outstanding as of today's date.
