Pat DiCapo Acquires Securities of CDN MSolar Corp.

TORONTO, March 09, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pasquale DiCapo (the “Acquiror”) announces that he acquired ownership and control of an aggregate of 11,424,200 common shares (the “Shares”) of CDN MSolar Corp. (the “Company”) in connection with a conversion of outstanding indebtedness into Shares (the “Debt Conversion”) on March 9, 2018. Prior to the Debt Conversion, the Acquiror held 3,075,800 Shares representing approximately 14.03% of the issued and outstanding Shares. Following the Debt Conversion, the Acquiror holds 14,500,000 Shares representing approximately 19.61% of the issued and outstanding Shares. The Acquiror paid $0.005 per Share for total consideration of $57,121 (being the amount of debt that was the subject of the Debt Conversion). The Acquiror acquired the Shares for investment purposes, and the Acquiror may, depending upon market and other conditions, increase or decrease his beneficial ownership, control or direction over additional securities of the Company, through market transactions, private agreements, treasury issuances, exercise of convertible securities or otherwise. The Acquiror does not have any plans related to any of the matters in the enumerated list in Item 5.1 of Form 62-103F1
