Eugene, Oregon (PRWEB) September 18, 2015
TJ's Organic Provisions--Eugene's boutique purveyor of award-winning, organic cannabis--is pleased to announce its signature dispensary is now open at 1910 Empire Park Drive. The newly built space is artfully designed with reclaimed wood, pendant lighting and thriving greenery, creating a tasteful and welcoming environment for all. Those interested in purchasing marijuana for recreational use will be able to do so at this location starting Thursday, October 1st.
Established by growers Jim Murphy, Travis Mackenzie and James Orpeza of TJ's Organic Gardens, the marijuana dispensary is just one of the ways TJ's is committed to helping more people find health and happiness during a time when the benefits of cannabis have only begun to be researched.
"We never thought we were going to sell our electrical contracting business and come into this industry, but when we saw the effect cannabis had on [Travis's wife, Cham] and others, we got excited," said Murphy. "It was incredibly rewarding to have such a positive impact. We soon were changing the lives of many people and then discovered what we could do for children and got even more excited. We are proud that we have brought smiles to so many people and look forward to helping many more."
Widely known for their generous efforts to assist kids who have been diagnosed with epileptic seizures, TJ's donates free cannabidiol (CBD) oil to any child with a seizure disorder and Oregon Medical Marijuana Program (OMMP) card. Recently TJ's also announced they will be aiding adults who have seizure disorders and OMMP cards and are dependent upon their parents for care.
TJ's has earned multiple awards for quality and potency. TJ's has won five HighTimes Medical Cannabis Cups in Seattle and was also named People's Choice and Judge's Choice at the Dope Cup Awards. Most recently TJ's won four awards at the NW Cannabis Classic Competition in Tacoma, Washington.
