Waltham, MA (PRWEB) June 04, 2015
Mainspring Healthcare Solutions, the leading provider of innovative hospital operations management solutions, is excited to announce three new products, in the form of rechargeable Real Time Location System (RTLS) hardware, mobile telemaintenance, and a database of hospital equipment manuals. Each of these products expands and strengthens the company's ability to deliver value to our customers, and furthers the mission of taking hospital operations from good to great. Mainspring will be attending this year's Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI)'s annual conference, AAMI 2015, in Denver, Colorado. Attendees can visit Mainspring at Booth #224, where the company will be sharing these new innovations, bringing even more powerful solutions to hospital operation.
Emanate Wireless introduced their new PowerPath™ RTLS sensors earlier this year and Mainspring is thrilled to promote the partnership and new technology at AAMI 2015. The "inline" sensor captures and wirelessly transmits location information and equipment status such as in-use, idle and offline. It also recharges itself anytime the equipment is plugged in, eliminating any dead batteries. The partnership with Emanate enables Mainspring to leverage the advanced technology of PowerPath sensors with their own state-of-the-art IoT-enabled solutions to automate workflow and provide real time visibility into equipment performance.
"We are aggressively expanding our integration platform to include more devices, systems and sensors like Emanate's," says Troy Kenyon, President of Mainspring Healthcare Solutions. "We are laser-focused on ensuring that we have the right tools for the job, so we can continually deliver cost-effective solutions for our clients."
Mainspring Telemaintenance harnesses the intuitive process of live mobile video, bringing users a fast and effective way to comprehensively troubleshoot maintenance issues from the palm of their hands on a secure HIPAA compliant communications platform within the hospital.
"Telemaintenance is a powerful tool, allowing hospitals to leverage their most valuable asset--an experienced staff," said Hank Goddard, CEO of Mainspring Healthcare Solutions. "Remote troubleshooting reduces equipment downtime and cuts down on travel costs associated with site maintenance visits."
Mainspring Telemaintenance will integrate seamlessly with the company's existing platforms, further providing clients with effective and efficient maintenance solutions, creating shorter downtimes and streamlined operations.
TechBinder is the new hospital equipment maintenance and user manual library from Mainspring Healthcare Solutions. The application is both simple in its ease of use, and exhaustive in the wealth of information it provides in its ever-growing library of guides and manuals.
"Whether you're a technician or a nurse, TechBinder is our A to Z solution for hospital staff, allowing them to search quickly and easily for a growing library of guides and manuals by both brand manufacturer and device," said Goddard. "TechBinder is one more way Mainspring is helping to deliver new product innovation and provide problem solving to hospital operations, and we're thrilled to debut it to the crowd at AAMI 2015."
Mainspring's operations solutions help thousands of health care facilities in seven countries improve quality of care and patient satisfaction, at a lower cost. As a pioneer in hospital operations management solutions, Mainspring aims to help its customers do more with less, in a way that makes their work more enjoyable.
At Mainspring, we believe that you can't fix healthcare until you fix hospital operations. We get excited about transforming health care by working with industry leaders to help hospitals deliver higher levels of patient care with fewer resources.
