EDEN PRAIRIE, MN., Sept. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- MTS Systems Corporation (NASDAQ: MTSC), a leading global supplier of high-performance test systems and position sensors, today announced that John Morris Group (JMG), its established PCB sensors division distributor, will support the company's entire portfolio of test and sensing solutions in Australia and New Zealand.
This appointment provides stronger local support for the region's rapid growth in composite materials, biomedical and aerospace industries. This partnership will efficiently attend to the needs of research organizations, universities, manufacturers, and system integrators. In addition to providing MTS' industry-leading test and measurement solutions, JMG will also provide the in-depth technical support required, allowing customers to meet the latest international standards and legislative guidelines.
Headquartered in Sydney with six other sites (Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart and Auckland), JMG will represent MTS divisions including MTS Materials Testing Systems, MTS Vehicles and Structures Testing Systems, PCB Piezotronics and IMI Sensors, as well as Larson Davis and The Modal Shop.
