Larry Bettag Discusses Living Life To Fullest, Leaving Past In Past
SAINT CHARLES, Ill. (PRWEB) March 21, 2017
During his time as a mortgage counselor and advisor, author Larry Bettag says he encountered three types of people: those who hunger for improvement in their lives; those who want more but are held back by life's struggles; and those who have lost sight of any dream they ever had.
Bettag aims to help all three of these groups with his new book, "No Rewind: Only One Shot" (published by WestBow Press), which uses interviews with several people to shine light on what Bettag says should drive anyone to succeed God's calling to mankind.
"No Rewind" highlights the lives of several different people, all of which have experienced varying challenges and trying times. One of the people is a 21-year-old woman who was subjected to sexual assaults from her father. While Bettag's counseling played an integral role in helping the woman heal, he says her ultimate key to success was her ability to not "hang herself on the past" a message Bettag wants to instill in all readers.
Believing that much of the world Christians and non-Christians alike aren't living their lives to the fullest, Bettag is confident his book can help awaken readers' minds to the strength available to them through God.
"My book shows the struggles that others have, the challenges and crossroads coupled by the ultimate decision to face their issues to move forward towards the success that they were called to do," Bettag says. "At some point the reader will be forced to address the screams from within their own heart. They'll decide to address those screams or to bury them once again."
