Fehmer was hired in October and will be responsible for the oversight of the company's Houston property portfolio, property acquisitions and dispositions, development strategies and the development of our third-party property services business lines.

Fehmer is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with extensive experience in leading commercial asset management, operations, leasing and project management teams of diverse assets and portfolios.  Most recently, he served as Director of Asset Services for CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, leading the Asset Services and Facility Management teams for corporate and industrial clients. His portfolios have encompassed more than 20 million square feet of Class A and B office, retail, medical, industrial, data centers and corporate real estate, in both the Texas and Arizona markets.

Fehmer has achieved the distinguished designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Real Estate Broker Manager (CRB), and LEED-Green Associate (LEED-GA), as well as being a Licensed Real Estate Broker through the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).
