The 2021 Parade features model homes and communities throughout the Naples area and is presented by the Collier Building Industry Association. It is hosted March 19-21 and 26-28.

Mattamy received awards for the following models in the Arboretum community in the $400,001-$500,000 multi-family category:

2. Carmel Coach Home: Merit Award
