Herzing University Announces New Strategic Partnerships Leader

Jarvis Racine expanding workforce development initiatives through stakeholder, corporate partnerships

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis., Jan. 26, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Herzing University has announced the appointment of Jarvis Racine as its new Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Workforce Development and Government Affairs, where he will nurture and build new relationships with stakeholders in areas where the school has campuses and across the country.

Racine, who most recently served as president of Herzing's Brookfield, Wisconsin, campus, will focus on strengthening and expanding Herzing's corporate partnerships to help businesses, healthcare providers and community organizations solve workforce challenges and achieve their employee development goals. He will also continue leading public affairs initiatives for the university, including those focused on increasing access to higher education and meeting workforce demands.

He is a board member of Heroes for Healthcare, a non-profit dedicated to assisting transitioning military members to enter various healthcare-related career paths; past board member of the Milwaukee LGBT Center; and has advocated with both Wisconsin and U.S. legislators on behalf of the university and its students.

Racine has a bachelor's degree from DePauw University as well as an MBA and a Master's in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Also, Herzing has promoted Dr. Jeff Hill to Regional President-Wisconsin, and he will oversee all three campuses in the state – Brookfield, Madison and Kenosha. Hill received a Doctor of Education from Benedictine University in Lisle, Ill. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bradley University in Peoria, Ill., and an MBA from Westwood College in Denver.
