Viacom (NASDAQ: VIAB) May call option implied volatility is at 39, June is at 41, September is at 34; compared to its 52-week range of 27 to 98 after Delaware Chancery Court Judge Andre Bouchard ruled on Wednesday that CBS (CBS) can temporarily block Shari Redstone from interfering with the network board's preparation to weigh a defensive measure to ward off a merger with Viacom.
