Tesla's (Nasdaq: TSLA) EU regulator said talking to U.S. following Autopilot crash, according to Bloomberg.

UPDATE - Sources noted that Dutch regulator RDW is awaiting the outcome of the NHTSA investigation. RDW has already approved cars with Autopilot to be sold in the country.

It wasn't made clear what action RDW would take following results of the probe, though sources said it isn't planning anything at this point.

RDW tested Tesla's Autopilot feature for several months before approving it.

Shares of Tesla are down 0.4 percent after trading positive early on the session.
