Sidoti & Company, Inc. (Nasdaq: SDTI) filed a registration with the U.S. SEC for an IPO of its Common Stock. The company plans to offer 3 million shares of its common stock nd sees an offering price of $8.50 to $11.50 per share. The company plans to trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol, "SDTI."

Underwriters are W.R. Hambrecht + Co., LLC and Sidoti & Company, LLC.

Finanacial commentary: We had revenues of $30.3 million, $25.5 million, and $5.3 million and net income of $0.8 million, $0.7 million and $38,400, for 2013, 2014 and the three months ended March 31, 2015, respectively.
