IPO for SPAC Ark Global Acquisition Corp. (ARKI) Opens at $10.62

Today's IPO for SPAC Ark Global Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: ARKIU) (NASDAQ: ARKI) opened for trading at $10.62 after pricing 30,000,000 units at a price to the public of $10.00 per unit.

Jefferies LLC is acting as sole book-running manager for the IPO.

Ark Global Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company, also commonly referred to as a Special Purpose Acquisition Company, or SPAC, formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities.
