IBS Software Services Said to Confidently File U.S. IPO - Bloomberg

Blackstone's (NYSE: BX) IBS Software Services unit is said to have confidentially filed for a U.S IPO, Bloomberg reported.

IBS is working with Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan on the IPO.

IBS is thought to be raising at least $500 million in the IPO which could value it at over $2 billion.
